“ I just received a marketing mailer from this company addressed to my husband. The only problem as I see it is that my husband hung himself in our home on May 19, 2017. I could forgive the egregiousness if he had died this year. However it's been over two years. I expect so much more from a company/industry whose commodity is compassion and helping the aggrieved. Willow Glen Funeral Home and Dignity Memorial blindly sends out marketing and doesn't take the additional step to make sure the recipient isn't in fact already dead. But I guess the money they rake is in is worth upsetting a few grieving widows, widowers, and family members. Shame on you! ”
