Despite the modern appearance of the spacious white facility, the funeral home has been serving the community for over 60 years. The lovely chapel accommodates approximately 120 guests and there is ample parking too. A beautiful atrium with lush planting provides tranquil surroundings before funeral services begin. Both direct cremation and direct burial are available, as well as personalized traditional burial and cremation with memorial services. The business was founded in 1948 by Grace M. Jones and her brother William Morgan. It was originally based at 12th and Q Streets in downtown Sacramento.
In 1962 the business relocated to its present location, and its funeral directors and staff have assisted Sacramento's multi-ethnic communities with professionalism and compassion ever since. Today, Grace's son, Charles M Jones, and a team of dedicated local professionals look after the community's needs. Insurance and pre-planning are also part of this service.
