Latino-Americana Mortuary at 3827 E. Whittier Boulevard serves the needs of the Hispanic communities of Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles. The funeral home has easy access to Interstates 5 and 710 and is within a 30-mile drive of several cemeteries.
The funeral home, a stunning white Art-Deco style corner building, contains comfortable seating areas and a welcoming chapel seating ca. 100 funeral guests. As a full-service funeral home the facility offers both direct cremation and burial as well as traditional burial and cremation with personalized ceremony. Families can also choose funeral service to be held at church or in private residences or other establishments.
Latino-Americana Mortuary operates two other facilities in California: one chapel is located on S. Central Avenue in Los Angeles and one chapel is on Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento.
Bilingual staff can also assist with pre-planning and shipping of human remains. The caring and dedicated team has a wealth of experience in transfers to and from Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Ecuador, Philippines and Nicaragua.
