“ My deceased step-father's casket arrived at the cemetery 20 minutes late for the graveside service that was approved by Basham. I was never given a reason why the casket arrived after all the family and friends had arrived. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to my step-father's memory. It has been almost 4 months and I still have not received all of the death certificates I paid for. They also wanted to charge $400.00 an hour to have one of their staff remain at our short service until the casket was lowered. Price gouging in a moment of grief. Shameful. ”
