“ I had most of my family here at Mitchell's funeral home. I used to love them until my sister died. I went for a meeting, the prices was so high, no payment plans. The lady I had a meeting with said if I found something cheaper that was OK just to let them know. I went to another funeral home who beat them by a bunch, even courtesy. The day I was transporting my sisters body to Paragould the lady that I had the meeting with called and belittled me, saying how I shouldn't have chose a other funeral home. That I should have known better. I should have been ashamed of myself. I was in deep grief with a my sister in the back of my vehicle as she said this to me. I hung up. I called back the next day to make a complaint, but she was the one who kept answering the phone, and was still as rude as she was. I think in this kind of job, you have no room for error when dealing with grieving family. I do believe she should have been fired. I will never use Mitchell's ever again. What a shame. ”
